At the core of the business is asset management. We work across real estate and buildings, private aviation, yachts and other strategic assets, supporting clients with acquisition, ownership structuring, management, optimisation and long-term value. Our global structuring practice connects those assets to the wider international needs around them: cross-border ownership and investment structures, European and UAE Golden Visa programmes, residency and citizenship routes, and corporate structuring. In the UAE we also provide corporate services end to end - company formation, legal and PRO work, compliance, banking assistance and residency support - so a structure can be built and run from one place.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Murad Haji is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capitals28, overseeing the company's strategic direction, international expansion, and business development. With extensive experience in international business, investment, and asset management, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to cross-border opportunities and global markets.
His expertise encompasses international real estate investment, corporate structuring, and strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions. He leads the development of Capitals28's international network, strengthening relationships with investors, financial institutions, legal professionals, and business partners.
Under his leadership, Capitals28 provides integrated solutions in asset management, residency and citizenship by investment, and corporate services, serving private individuals, families, and businesses worldwide.
