From 1 to 5 October 2026, Capitals28 Founder & CEO Murad Haji was in Baku for a week of private consultations with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners and families looking for opportunities beyond a single market.
Every meeting was one to one and shaped around the person across the table: the markets they had in mind, their budget, plans for a business abroad and what their family needed from a second residence or citizenship. The aim was a clear strategy, not a catalogue of products.
