APEX, America’s Property Exhibition, brings together international real estate professionals, investors, developers and industry leaders to explore new opportunities and shape the future of global property investment. Organised by MIE Events DMCC, the 2026 edition is the exhibition’s fourth, and pairs three days of conference programming with a working exhibition floor.

What the APEX 2026 Floor Covers
The exhibition is arranged around three categories: real estate development, capital and investment, and property technology and real estate services. For a visitor, that means the development side of a project, the money behind it and the services that keep it running are all represented in the same hall.
APEX also shares its floor with two co-located shows across the same three days, Smarter Homes & Furnishings and the SMARTER Infrastructure Summit, and a single badge covers all three.
The Conference Programme, Day by Day
Each day of the conference takes a theme of its own:
- Day 1 — Nevada, global investment and business growth
- Day 2 — PropTech, smart living and the international buyer journey
- Day 3 — cross-border capital, wealth migration and legal and tax structuring
The third day sits closest to the work we do week to week. Cross-border capital, wealth migration and structuring are rarely separate decisions: where an asset is held affects how the income from it is reported, and a residency or citizenship route chosen for mobility reasons can change both. Visitors who want to talk through those connections will find our team on the floor across all three days.
