About the event

Capitals28 exhibited at the fourth edition of America’s Property Exhibition in Las Vegas, meeting investors, developers and international partners across three days.

APEX, America’s Property Exhibition, came to Las Vegas in 2026 for its fourth edition, after earlier shows in New York, Rosemont near Chicago, and Miami Beach. Organised by MIE Events DMCC, it brought more than 6,000 registered attendees and over 120 exhibitors from more than 15 countries to The Expo at World Market Center for three days.

What was on the floor

The exhibition was arranged around three categories: real estate development, capital and investment, and property technology and real estate services. It shared its floor with two co-located shows, Smarter Homes & Furnishings and the SMARTER Infrastructure Summit, and a single badge covered all three.

  • Day 1 – Nevada, global investment and business growth
  • Day 2 – PropTech, smart living and the international buyer journey
  • Day 3 – cross-border capital, wealth migration and legal and tax structuring

Why Capitals28 exhibited

Most exhibitors at APEX bring American projects to buyers from abroad. Capitals28 came the other way round, offering US and international investors a route beyond a single home market: real estate in the UAE, UAE residency through the Golden Visa, European residency programmes and Caribbean citizenship.

For developers, family offices and investors looking for a second base, wider freedom to travel or income in another market, the stand was a direct line to that advice.

Capitals28 at APEX 2026

The Capitals28 team, led by Founder & CEO Murad Haji, spent the three days with investors, entrepreneurs, property professionals and potential partners, on international real estate, asset management including private aviation and yachts, UAE company formation, European residency and citizenship by investment. Las Vegas was one stop on a longer journey: private meetings across the United States ran from 17 to 27 September.
